PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Paris will hold a public hearing on October 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Paris City Hall located at 25804 Business Highway 24, Paris, Missouri, to discuss the past performance by the City in carrying out the City’s Community Development Block Grant (2023-GI-04-BR) Bridge Project. The project included the removal and replacement of the bridge girders and concrete deck on Washington Street. The existing abutments were re-used, with some modifications to the top to facilitate the installation of new galvanized steel girders. A new concrete deck and bolt-on steel rails were installed. The existing sewer line running under the bridge was not replaced. A portion of the street on each end of the bridge was replaced to provide a smooth transition onto the bridge. All interested citizens and groups are encouraged to attend the scheduled hearing.

BE AWARE! Residents are allowed to shoot fireworks within the City limits from Saturday, June 27 through Tuesday, July 7, from 10:00am to 10:00pm. On July 4th, they are allowed from 10:00am to midnight. Please be safe, and enjoy responsibly!
